LifeForceU is a hub to explore the imaginative, meditative and creative tools to develop the art and practice of love and forgiveness.
When do you experience deeper enjoyment, creativity, and a total involvement with life? Stories & Journals are keys that can open you to new worlds. By stepping into others’ experiences of healing and finding pathways to endure all things, you may feel an awe and wonder of the life force that weaves us together.
Have you considered the contemplative practice of observing life through the lens of a camera, or through drawing, painting, sand play, acting, music, gardening or performance art? With the stories found in Arts & Expressions you might find new ways of activating your creativity.
With the practices of Movement & Meditation, you will find ways to create flow in your body through honing the muscles and calming the mind. Through finding ways to access peace in your personal life, you will be better able to interconnect with others to become more compassionate, loving and forgiving.
The sections for Leader Resources and FORM Curriculum provide you with the tools and formats to lead gatherings or classes. The FORM® Community is about being a catalyst to bring forth a deeper sense of tranquility, empathy and compassion in the world.
LifeForceU is a collaboration with Creative Visions and the FORM Community and was made possible by the Fetzer Institute whose mission is to foster awareness of the power of love and forgiveness in the emerging global community.

The mission of the Fetzer Institute is to foster awareness of the power of love and forgiveness in the emerging global community. People across the globe, from all cultures and traditions, embrace love and forgiveness in daily life. These values are universally viewed as central to the fabric of humanity. Yet, the emerging global community has few institutions dedicated to deepening the understanding and fostering deeper awareness of these values. In this context, the Fetzer Institute pursues a unique role—working to investigate, activate, and celebrate the power of love and forgiveness as a practical force for good in today’s world. We are interested in how people truly experience and understand love and forgiveness from their diverse points of view, especially from the perspective of their daily work in the world.
